Terms and Conditions

At the conclusion of completing questions on MVS’ Client Fact Sheet, you will be asked to agree to the following Terms & Conditions to consult privately with Mary Virginia Swanson:

  • A two-hour minimum “Initial Consultation” is required for all first-time clients (can be booked as two one-hour sessions if that is the preference of the client.

    • The fee for the initial consultation is currently $600 USD ($300/hour x 2 hours).

    • After this Initial Consultation period is completed, clients may schedule additional time as needed for as little as fifteen minutes by phone or email at the Existing Client rate of $250 USD/hour.

    • As of January 1, 2014, to be considered an Existing Client, you must have completed a consultation with Ms. Swanson within the past three (3) years.

INVOICES:

If your session was conducted on the telephone, email, or through ZOOM, you will receive a summary e-Invoice via email prepared by Ms. Swanson on QuickBooks and delivered to you by Intuit/QuickBooks. Payment is expected in full at the time of delivery of the invoice; details on how to do so will be included in the e-invoice.

If your session was conducted in person, payment is expected at conclusion via cash or processing through the “Payments” area under MENTORING on Ms. Swanson’s website www.mvswanson.com.

CANCELLATION:

A 25% cancellation fee may be charged if less than three (3) business days’ notice is given and the appointment cannot be filled.

NO-SHOW:

If you do not show up for your appointment, you will be charged the full amount for the meeting time scheduled.
