CANCELLATION POLICY
If you cancel your participation in this workshop

  • on or before October 6: All of your workshop payment will be refunded, but half of your deposit ($50) will be refunded
  • between October 6 and October 20:  All of your workshop payment will be refunded, but none of your deposit will be refunded
  • after October 20:  No refund will be issued unless space can be filled.  The $100 deposit will be retained.


TERMS
We reserve the right to cancel the workshop if unforeseen circumstances occur that would prevent Ms. Swanson from teaching. If the workshop is cancelled for any reason we will return of your workshop fee including deposit; any travel or accommodation deposits paid will not be our responsibility. Therefore, for your own protection we recommend that you purchase refundable tickets with trip cancellation insurance.  We reserve the right to alter the Workshop schedule, substitute special guests if necessary, and will inform you of changes to the best of our ability.   Should any physical injury, or loss/damage to personal property occur to you during the Workshop, participants shall assume all liability and agree to hold Mary Virginia Swanson, Steven Meckler Studio and all special guests harmless. Portions of this workshop may be documented. By attending, you acknowledge this and give your consent for you likeness to be used in conjunction with Mary Virginia Swanson' professional activities and commercial offerings.
