Note: As of March 1, 2008, priority for new client consultations will be given to those who have previously attended a workshop presented by Ms. Swanson. Attending a workshop by Mary Virginia is a great introduction to the benefits of marketing your photographs. She lectures and presents workshops frequently at industry events throughout the country. These public engagements are listed in the Upcoming Events section of the web site.

Terms & Conditions

A TWO-HOUR MINIMUM is required for all first-time clients. The fee is currently $600 ($300/hr x 2 hrs). After this initial consultation period is completed, clients may schedule additional time as needed for as little as fifteen minutes (see the rate schedule on the Upcoming Events page.

Payment in full is expected at the end of each in-person consultation session via check, cash, money order or payment with credit card. * After your session is completed, go to the Consulting Section of the website www.mvswanson.com, click on "Payment Options" and check the appropriate category (according to time session with Ms. Swanson). PAYMENT FOR TELEPHONE CONSULTATIONS: If the session was on the telephone or via email, you will receive an invoice shortly following the remote sessions. After your session is completed, go to the Consulting section of this website, click on Payment Options and check the appropiate payment category (according to time of session with Ms. Swanson). * If the billing address for your credit card is outside the U.S.A., Mexico or Canada, you will need to open a Paypal account, and once established send payment in full to our Paypal account which is named beth@mvswanson.com.

A 25% CANCELLATION FEE will be charged if less than five (5) business days notice are given and the appointment cannot be filled.
